The app was fine for like a month, now every time I go onto it the app says I'm "offline" and I can't access anything. I'm not offline, I'm on WiFi or data but for whatever reason the app doesn't recognize this so I have to go onto the browser and do everything manually. Also progressive cancelled my renters insurance after I paid my auto insurance fully. Not related to the app, but don't expect any communication on matters like that because I still have no clue why it happened.

I can't do anything without having to call! I tried to add renter's insurance to my auto policy (bundling!), only to wind up with a new auto policy ON TOP OF the other one. I called, and was told my old policy should end when the new one begins. It did not, so I called to cancel it. I tried to turn off AutoPay for the old policy in case: "Please call us!" I'm being nagged about setting up Snapshot for the new policy, but the app won't send a code because my old policy is still there. Arrgghh!

Makes it easier to access plan information... by being redirected online for many things. Not necessarily a problem if you expect it. My biggest complaint is the Snapshot tracking. It is inaccurate 90% of the time. I never use my phone while driving. The closest thing I do is use steering wheel controls to skip music, and it counts it as using your phone. Other times I literally will have the phone in the cupholder and never touch it the whole drive and it says I did. So frustrating!
